Dr. Tatyana Yetto

Dr. Tatyana Yetto, Fort Worth Dermatologist

Dr. Tatyana Yetto is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in general dermatology, cutaneous oncology, and dermatologic surgery.

Dr. Yetto completed high school in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States at age 17 joining the U.S. Navy shortly thereafter. She received her undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Yetto was selected for Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-med honor society where she served in a leadership role. She then completed her medical degree at the Uniformed Services University F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine graduating in the top of her class and being elected into prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society during her third year of medical school.

After her transitional internship at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda, she served as an Undersea and Diving Medical Officer for the Navy Experimental Diving Unit in Florida. Dr. Yetto completed her dermatology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) where she got extensive training in complex medical dermatology through LAC+USC Medical Center and pediatric rotations at Rady Children’s Hospital. Upon graduating residency, she was offered and accepted an academic position and during that time she was selected by the dermatology residents to receive the NMCSD Alfred Hollander Memorial Award for her instructorship and mentorship of the residents in medical and surgical dermatology. Dr. Yetto’s military career then led her to Pacific Northwest where she served as both a staff dermatologist and the chief of internal medicine and specialty clinics.

Dr. Yetto and her family just moved to Texas after completing her 20-year Naval service. Her husband previously graduated from Texas Christian University and they have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to return to this area. During her free time, Dr. Yetto, her husband, and their four kids enjoy traveling. She is passionate about dermatology and is looking forward to developing long-lasting relationships with patients and the local community.
